Hi Assaf and Bob,

Thank you both for all the work you've put into this.
I've just pushed a tag and post-release commit for sed-4.4, and
noticed this error:

$ git push origin master tag v$v

I confirmed that both the signed tag and the commit were indeed
pushed, so that was not a problem. Perhaps it was some hook that
emitted the diagnostic?
