Yes.  CIA shut down some time ago.  It was replaced by KGB from others
to keep the concept going.

I removed the symlink to the hook.  I don't know why that would have
complained though.  The hook itself doesn't care that the service has
been shut down.  It simply formats an email appropriately and sends an
email off to the CIA service.  That won't care if the service is gone
now.  But obviously we don't need to be sending it mail now.  But
looking at the git commands in the script to format the email didn't
see anything that shouldn't be there.  So I don't know.

These other projects also had cia links and I will remove them from
there too.

  sed-copy.git/hooks/update -> /usr/local/bin/git-cia
  gnuherds-app.git/hooks/update -> /usr/local/bin/git-cia
  smalltalk.git/hooks/update -> /usr/local/bin/git-cia
  lightning.git/hooks/update -> /usr/local/bin/git-cia

sed-copy is a current copy of sed. ??
