Also, we need to remind people they can always start non-GNU free software projects on their own on the "non-GNU" savannah site. An official DotGNU project will include the DotGNU name, and will appear on Savannah as apposed to the other one (I forgot the name they got for it), and a project created for the other site can always be moved very easy later (Loic, is this correct?) if it is designated as part of DotGNU with a designated GNU maintainer.

Yes. I agree. Let them start their own projects. And we will put the DotGNU
brand on the best ones with the most capable leaders, once we see what they
can do.
