Can you give a specific example of this please ?
Sure, what you require would be nice. It should be
a configuration tweak in the www.gnu.org apache configuration.

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/2.0.1; X11); Supports MD5-Digest;
Supports gzip encoding; Supports SSL/HTTPS
When using the project map, there are three links for each project
(/software/projname, the project page, and the member list). When a project
doesn't have a projname directory, viewers get a 403 forbidden error.
Maybe this could be changed to a default page, possibly including a link to the
project page or Savannah's main page.
