This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

ccAudio is an existing package that can previously be found on SourceForge.  It 
has been dubbed a GNU package as of today, and is being moved to Savannah.

ccAudio is a portable C++ class library for performing audio file and data 
manipulation.  It also includes a class model for generic codecs and for 
expansion into a general purpose signal processing library.
