I have not intention of make a project only for spanish-language stuff

I think that savannah could be a good place to develop "Departmental Vision"
since is the little brother (for now) of sourceforge.

Some guys that are interested in contributing in the project, so I was
 considering the best alternative to cooperative development

        I fully agree with Marcos that es.gnu.org is an alternate hosting
facility worth considering. Please let us know what you finally decide.
