In the event of a broken connection between www.gnu.org and
subversions.gnu.org, the update is not immediate. Once a day
a full synchronization is done to cope with these problems.
It turns out that www.gnu.org had many problems recently,
hence the de-sync you noticed.

www.freesoftware.org seems to deconnected from savannah
cvs (www). 

for example

http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/non-gnu/latexfr/index.html?rev=1.22&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup&cvsroot=www.gnu.org
should be the same as
http://www.freesoftware.fsf.org/latexfr/

for the moment, its not ok.

Is that a known problem (I dont see any mention of this
here - should this message be sent to the mailing-list ?) ?
