A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Idan Sofer <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Radical
System name: radical
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Radical is a web application server writtren purely in Ruby. It is inspired
from Zope in some areas, but has simpler API and templating system(derived from
ERuby).

Radical is based on GServer. It is extendable using pluggable handlers, cache
managers and log managers.

It also includes lightweight templating system with gettext style
internationalization, with many of fancy features(such as interactive console,
SSL, remote handlers) planned for the next release.

After the explanation say:
The code is currently on CVS module as part of another project of mine in
savannah(where it started). It is also on the download page there.

Note about the licence: last release(0.3) has a GPL licence, with an exception
which serves as a kind of protest. from the next release and on, the licence
will be reverted to pure GPL however.
