1. It is a mailman feature, the archives link is created
after the first post

2. It is due to an error in your list configuration. You did
choose yes for "Send password reminders to, eg, "-owner"
address instead of directly to user" (umbrella_list). You
must choose "no" here.

3. It is maybe related to 2. Please tell me if the fix I
suggested for "2" fixes this too.

It looks like your list was created. When you say noone can
subscribe, could you explain exactly the steps you follow
and the error message ? Guillaume Morin (address@hidden)
knows these aspects best. He will be able to figure out what
is wrong if you send a precise bug report.
