This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

PHPYourMailigListe is a newsletter / mailing-list system written in PHP4. It 
will allows you to install a mailing list on your site, which visitors can 
subscribe or unsubscribe to. It will also allows you to send emails to the 
list, to export the list with differents formats. This is a french project.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
