Preferences (Preferences.app) is a prefs program for GNUstep. Eventually, it 
will provide an interface to control most things in the GNUstep system, and 
perhaps the underlying operating system. It is an approximate clone of 
Preferences.app for NeXTstep/OPENSTEP/Mac OS X. It is written in Objective-C, 
and uses the GNUstep libraries.

It exists, and is at version 1.0.0, but does not have a web page yet.
