A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Steffen Huber <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: other
Other License: The license to be used is the same license as the one used for
the run-time units of the GNU Ada compiler. It is a GPL compatible license as
it is based on the GPL but gives more freedom to users - see
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html
for details. This \"GNAT Modified GPL\" is generally considered to be the
license of choice for Ada 95 libraries.

The license to be used for Rascal will read:
Rascal is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under
terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Soft-
ware Foundation; either version 2, or (at your option) any later ver-
sion. Rascal is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITH-
OUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY
or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the GNU General Public License
for more details. You should have received a copy of the GNU General
Public License distributed with Rascal; see file COPYING. If not, write
to the Free Software Foundation, 59 Temple Place - Suite 330, Boston,
MA 02111-1307, USA.

As a special exception, if other files instantiate generics from this
unit, or you link this unit with other files to produce an executable,
this unit does not by itself cause the resulting executable to be
covered by the GNU General Public License. This exception does not
however invalidate any other reasons why the executable file might be
covered by the GNU Public License.

Package: Rascal
System name: rascal
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

My project is intended to become the standard Ada 95 class library for the
production of applications for the RISC OS operating system.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
