This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

C-Arbre provides all the tools needed to publish categorized resources, 
documents, files, news articles and events in order to setup an Intranet or a 
web portal, plus some groupware and knowledge management functions (webmail, 
planning, contacts...)

It works on Win32/Linux/BSD platforms with Apache, PHP and MySQL.

We want it to become the ideal GPLed integrated software for setting up quickly 
an organization\'s Intranet and Web Portal, as well as for managing any kind of 
resources. Currently, C-Arbre is considered Post-Alpha: it is fully usable but 
lacks some advanced functions and has many bugs remaining.
