It is bound to www.gnu.org/gnuorg. It was defined as a web
only project, using the /gnuorg directory. The confusion probably
comes from the fact that the "Homepage Link" in the
http://savannah.gnu.org/project/admin/editgroupinfo.php was not
updated accordingly and pointed to www.gnu.org/software/gnuorg instead
(I just fixed this). You can see at http://www.gnu.org/gnuorg/README
the file you entered in the CVS tree back in October 2001.
