well, I do understand the staff problem.

I can volunteer to add PHP frontend, and mysql support, but
I won't be able to make the administration (user ->
savannah) part of that stuff, as it's not my domain... And
it's the hard part unfortunnaly...

Well, what are the issue, with installing PHP and MySQL so
that :

- database creation is done on a per user request (for now).
- php can freely be used.

?

I do understand it's really hard for you to keep up with the
high amount of request you're probably receiving theses day...

I just fill it's quite important, and that it is a
showstopper for several project to move to Savannah (and
theses project have a sword on the top of their head, due to
the march 5 limit for term change).

The creation of virtual hosts is being discussed but it
may still take some time to be implemented.
Regarding PHP and MySQL, please keep in mind that we do
not have a large paid staff as SourceForge, so we cannot
offer the same services. However, volunteers who are
willing to implement new features themselves are always
welcome.
