Hi,
We are not prepared to host Free Software organizations in Savannah, so we
currently only accept individual software or documentation projects. One of
the major software projects of OFSET (gcompris) is already a GNU package and
has been given access to Savannah. You can either register other software
projects separately, or talk to the FSF to get OFSET integrated into the
gnu.org web: perhaps the www.gnu.org/education should become the
responsability of OFSET, but you should discuss directly with Richard Stallman
and Bradley Kuhn the best way to integrate OFSET into the GNU project.
