Other License: This project needs to use the \"Guile\" license.  Which is 
basically the GPL with the provision that programs linked with Guile are not 
considerd a derived work.

My understanding is that the Apcahe license and the GPL are incompatible, but 
the Guile license removes this incomatiblity.  

If it *is* possible to use the GPL, I\'d prefer that.

Description:
Mod_guile is a module that embeds Guile Scheme in Apache.

It allows to you write web pages in scheme and possibly configure Apacge with 
scheme without forking off a scheme process for each request.

The project has not yet been released, but you can see the current code at 
http://cleveland.lug.net/~dsmith/mod_guile-0.0.tar.gz
