Description:
This project will be an open-sourced Java Site Management system.  It will be 
used to manage a \"portal-like\" Web site.  There will be several parts to this 
system, which include:
  -links management
  -news management
  -user management
  -discussion management
  -poll management
  -image managment
It will be designed such that each portion is a pluggable module.  
It will be packaged as a web archive(\"WAR\" file).

This project does not exist at this point.  I have started some base classes 
that will be required.


Other Software Required:
This project is Java based, and will be designed to run on multiple Java VMs.  
It does not *require* any non-free Java VMs.
