We'd like to see your source code, even if it doesn't work yet, to assist you
with licensing issues. Please register your project again giving a URL (could
be a temporary one) where the source code can be found. If you do not have any
code to show, you should then state that in the description.

P.S. As a side note, which has nothing to do with the approval of your
project, "Linux" is just a kernel of a more complex system that we like to
refer to as GNU/Linux, to emphasize the ideals of the Free Software movement.
