[Savannah-hackers] cvs lock

Hi,
I'm sorry to disturb you but I was locked out of my project (dbrb) webcvs. 
Apparently there is a lock file that I cannot remove (I tried hard to do it). 
Where I try to commit the server answer is 

waiting for gp's lock in /webcvs/non-gnu/dbrb

If I try to remove the lock using

cvs admin -u '.' 

the server answer is

cvs [server aborted]: usage is restricted to members of the group anoncvs

By the way: how can I remove files from project ftp area ?
