[Savannah-hackers] LOFT CRACK 4 Win 2k

Hi,
Im trying to locate a utility program I believe is called Loft Crack 2000.  
Its a Windows Password Utility/ Bootdisk to chg the Admin/users passwords on 
a Windows 2000 platform.  I know there's a program called Loft Crack for NT 
but I need the 2000 utility.  Have any idea the site I can located it ?  I 
thought it came out from Swansea U Computer Soc .
I think it's a linux utility.
