Normally you should receive an email for each response sended to a support 
request you submit at the adress of your savannah account.
Check this.

If it's not the case and you are sure the problem is not on your side, well, 
this is a bug and a bug report should be submitted, despite the fact that we 
havent got any clues about it.

Hi,
is it possible to get informed about changes to my
support requests by e-mail or do I have to check the
web page manually for changes? I submitted a request
(#101040) but I never got any e-mail about it.
