[Savannah-hackers] emacs cvs lock problem?

I've been trying to update from the emacs CVS repository on
subversions, and getting the following error message:

   Message: [20:56:11] waiting for jas's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
   Message: [20:56:41] waiting for jas's lock in /cvsroot/emacs/emacs/lisp
   .... etc ....

This has been true for approx. the last 12 hours, so maybe there's a
hung daemon process that needs to be killed or something.

Here's the repository string I'm using:

   :pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/emacs
