Hi,

Since your project is not, for now, a GNU Package, we request you to 
avoid including GNU in his name. It create some confusions for users. 
Also, you should *really* avoid to include a version number in the 
project name, since, we'll, you probably wont rename the whole project 
name each time you make a new release..

The rest is ok.

So you just need to resubmit with a name without GNU within.
