        Not that I know. David Turner wrote some scripts to help
analyze a specific program from a legal point of view. I wrote an XML
based emacs mode that assist someone analyzing a program from a legal
point of view. However, neither the script nor my emacs mode had the
ability of detecting copyright notices.
