Description:
A php front, mysql backened web interface to manage NOC ( Network operation 
Centre) reports, shift hand-overs, IDC devicebug-tracking and TEAM-schedule.
It is a tool to be used by NOC engineers. They can log in and enter their shift 
reports. A weekly shift summarized printable report can be extracted from the 
database. Devices / servers / routers can be added, modified and monitored with 
a forum for each device. This makes it possible to have a clear overview of the 
bugs and firmware upgrades on each device.
A scheme of the NOC team is available and can be linked to the known bugs. So 
all engineers info is available on each bug-report or shift.
