various from the GPL on condition that no part comes inserted to the

(in short will have to be used like if external library were one).

Description:
The program allows the management from console and script of the configuration 
file (for the moment only that style \'ini\' ([group] key= value...)  but they 
are available to evalute others).  
New version 0.0.5 has the support for multilanguage (LC_MESSAGE + gettetxt), 
deactivable if in the system lacks the support for gettext.
The program implements also the management of lock of the values (usable in 
order to prevent that a value comes traitorously modified).
The project is under licence GPL and is easy portable even if is written for 
linux.  

It already exists and you can download the latest distribution at
