Other License: It is concurred the insertion of this project in projects with 
licence 
various from the GPL on condition that no part comes inserted to the 
inside of parts subordinates to various licence from the GPL and that 
project remains separated in file completely subordinates to licence GPL 
(in short will have to be used like if external library were one). 
For all the other situations remain however valid several the points 
of licence GPL.

Description:
The program allows the management from console and script of the configuration 
file (for the moment only that style \'ini\' ([group] key= value...)  but they 
are available to evalute others).  
New version 0.0.5 has the support for multilanguage (LC_MESSAGE + gettetxt), 
deactivable if in the system lacks the support for gettext.
The program implements also the management of lock of the values (usable in 
order to prevent that a value comes traitorously modified).
The project is under licence GPL and is easy portable even if is written for 
linux.
