Hum, I'll think about it.
But I think you should upgrade your package, since --verbose
option seems appropriate in this case.
i cannot tell which version of fileutils (now in coreutils)
is requested, but I can tell that version 4.1 is ok (in
debian woody)

FYI, my mkdir command (4.0l, GNU fileutils) doesn't recognize the -v option (it
does recognize --verbose). Can you change the "command list to upload the
files" so as not to use the -v option? It's easy for me to work around, but
I'd guess that other newbies might run into trouble.
