Hi,
You forgot to choose a license for your project. Please register it again
choosing one a license from the GPL-compatible list given in the
registration from.

I assume you are part of the DotGNU project and this subproject has been
already sicussed and approved within the DotGNU project, but you should
say that explicitely in your new registration, in order to speed up the
approval procedure.
