By the way, did you receive an e-mail message telling you your project was
approved? 
I saw yesterday a message from Mathieu, asking GNU to evaluate your project,
which I think is a mistake and what could have happened was that he clicked
on the wrong button when he meant to send you an automated project-approval
acknowledgement.
