You should check http://sv.nongnu.org/projects/mldonkey 

You'll find many links and normally a mailing-list address about
mldonkey. Savannah-hackers handle the savannah.[non]gnu.org server
administration but cannot help you to use software hosted by
savannah.[non]gnu.org.
