Description:
The fine people at InC are mostly a core of programmers. We want to make a web 
portal based on php. We will be using php and zend tools. Now what sets us 
apart from other portals (php-nuke, postnuke, etc.) will that it would be much 
more interactive and refined then any other. The current version is still based 
on PHP-Nuke 6.0 code but modified. You can view it at HTTP://inc-inc.tk . 
another important goal is compatibility, such as mods block and such can be 
used from all types of php web portals.
