Package: SimpleAIM
System name: simpleaim
Type: non-GNU

Description:
SimpleAIM
http://simpleaim.sourceforge.net

A miniature conosole based AIM client written in pure Java. It implements the
TOC protocol and provides a solid framework for understanding and writing your
own IM clients or bots.

SimpleAIM is written using J2SE v1.3.1. All output is based in standard output
to allow for console based systems to run the program. The connectivity
protocol abides the official TOC server protocol released by AOL to the public,
allowing for clients to connect to its servers.

The CVS repository is located at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/simpleaim/

Other Software Required:
SimpleAIM requires a Java Virtual Machine runtime environment in order to run.
