It needs to be approved by an admin of a project.

I enhance the news system and it's no longer required to be an admin on 
a project to propose a news. But it needs that admins have to approve 
news items.

I have entered some news and they do not appear on my
project page... does it need some time now (like cvs
homepage commits) to be displayed?
