Angus Leeming <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: lgpl
Other License:
Package: XForms, a graphical user interface toolk
System name: xforms
Type: non-GNU

Description:
xforms is a small GUI toolkit based on Xlib. The project home page is
http://world.std.com/~xforms/, although these pages are now very out of date.
It has recently been released by its originator TC Zhao under the LGPL. We are
looking for a new home for it that will allow the code to be developped as Open
Source software.

The code is downloadable from ftp://ncmir.ucsd.edu/pub/xforms/OpenSource
The documentation has not yet been released by TC Zhao.

The xforms source is split into a number of directories which, when compiled,
create separate programs and libraries.
lib contains the code for the toolkit library itself, libforms.
image contains an image loading and manipulation library.
fdesign is a GUI builder.
