Antoine Kalmbach <address@hidden> described the package as follows:

Other License:
Package: 1337 Converter
System name: leetcvrt
Type: GNU
Description:
1337 Converter is a free tool written in C++ to convert text file into a
\"1337\" format. It converts text files and/or writes the converted into

It\'s written in C++ and uses the GPL license. The test version can be
retrieved from http://www.ihme.org/~anzuhan/1337cvrt-1.5.1.tar.gz (it has some
small bugs, headers are a bit broken).
