[Savannah-hackers] Unable to access upload area for guile-numerics

I am unable to access the upload area of my project guile-numerics.  I
have tried the following sftp commands, all to no avail.

$ sftp -1 address@hidden:/guile-num
$ sftp -1 address@hidden:/upload
$ sftp -1 address@hidden:/guile-num/upload
$ sftp -1 address@hidden:/upload/guile-num

Below is the debug output of 'sftp -1':
