Description:
The project is to construct an OCaml librairy for the "finite elements method" 
used to solve linear and semilinear differential equations. This kind of 
algorithms are study in Mathematical theory and they are use in many scientific 
publications. The main goal of this project is to construct a tool for 
scientific works which can be used for personal research or publications.
