Well, there are nearly always support requests in the support tracker, and
support email floating about on the savannah-hackers mailing list.

How about a few dry runs?  If you see a support request in the tracker or
a support request on the mailing list, you send your reply to that request
to the savannah-hackers mailing list (minus the sender(s)) so we can see
how you reply, and then give you some advice/tips, etc.  If everything is
OK, then you reply to that person with..  your reply 8)

Does that sound OK?
