[Savannah-hackers] Mail notifications

The savannah software sends notifications to project admins
when someone asks to join a project.  But it does not send
any notification to project admins if someone actually adds
him to the project.

For Emacs, I'd appreciate a feature whereby any time an admin does
something to the Emacs project, it would notify me (and all the
project admins, I guess) by email.

It seems to me that other project admins might want this feature too.
What do you think?  Would you like to implement it, by and by?
