Summary:  Provide a generic way to modify the "Get Support" link

Original Submission:  This link is hardcoded. To avoid breaking everthinf in a 
potential update to Savane, it would be good to introduce a way to change the 
link in Savane and 'backport' it to Savannah (or vice-versa).
