[Savannah-hackers] Access to lists.gnu.org

Hello,

Would it be possible to get my access to to lists.gnu.org sorted out? 
Right now, we have users requesting new passwords, and we can't change
them.  FWIW, I get this when trying to connect to lists:

  [$] address@hidden (~) ssh -l mailman lists.gnu.org
  Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).

Is the above correct?  Is my key perhaps mashed in the authorized_keys file?
