Description:
Use PHP (php.net) and Smarty (smarty.php.net) to create a completely dynamic 
indexing site. Will be able to theme and customize the details that are shown. 

A very old version of this can be seen at www.jason-warner.com. This was 
something I hacked together a couple of years ago. The new version would be 
developed using good design principles and allow for user customization
