Summary:  Project texi2latex: request for resetting file permissions

Original Submission:  Unfortunately a couple of files have been checked in with 
file permissions set to "executable".  This can only be corrected in the 
repository itself.  Please say

chmod a-x *.raw,v xslt/*.xsl,v

in the top directory of the repository of the project texi2latex (nongnu).
