Summary:  delete accidentally created directory

Original Submission:  please could you delete the top-level "manual" directory 
(and its contents) that appears on the following page:

http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/gsl/?cvsroot=Web#dirlist

it is not needed and was intended to be created as a subdirectory.  If it is 
left there it will cause confusion.
