    It doesn't seem like it would be helpful to dub it GNU.  So, going along
    that path, the simplest thing would be to maintain the status quo --
    leave it under savannah.gnu.org (and thus www.gnu.org), but don't enable
    ftp uploads.  The "more correct" thing would be to move ac-archive to
    nongnu.

I think it should be moved to nongnu.  It is not a GNU package,
so currently it is misfiled.  Refiling it in the right place
should to cause any offense.
