Does anyone have a clue what might be the problem?

This is Pratyush , i am a Savannah user,(username: pratyush).
I would like to mirror the nongnu releases from Savannah, but when i
followed the steps shown at http://www.gnu.org/server/mirror.html
i got the following error.
