Hello,


I'd like to request two new, public, mailman lists please:

help-debbugs   - Users list for the tracker at debbugs.gnu.org
bug-debbugs    - Bug reports for the tracker at debbugs.gnu.org

As the descriptions indicate, these are to support the bug tracker at

http://debbugs.gnu.org

which is used by a few GNU projects (Emacs and coreutils at present,
hopefully a few more soon).
