In the meantime, you have out of date keyring information on
http://savannah.gnu.org/ for at least some projects.
Could I ask a question and make a suggestion:

- Perhaps some project keyrings are still up to date,
  but how many projects rely on the feature anymore?
- http://savannah.gnu.org/project/memberlist-gpgkeys.php
  could this script be altered to output a warning that this feature is
obsolete?

It was disabled a while ago, I thought we didn't use it.

Since then we rewrote parts of the system, we're going to have to update
some code accordingly to make keyrings come back.
