Looks like you need to set the environment variable CVS_RSH=ssh ...
Permission denied (publickey).
Looks like you need to upload your id_rsa.pub file to Savannah.
Log in to Savannah.
Go to "My Account Conf".
Click the "Edit the __ SS Public Keys registered" link (in the right column).
The resulting page has some information and links, but in short, you
just paste the contents id_rsa.pub into the form there and submit.
Actually I want to convert the source tree from CVS to GIT.
That's an entirely different matter. Please submit a support request at
https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=administration.
